Bettella variatore varimax

Hello guys,,need help. I need to buy the original variator rollers for my Suzuki AN400 2005. My variator is a Bettella. Is there a site where I can buy them and have them shipped to my home in the U.S.A.? Or if anyone can help here would be great also. Let me know thanks.

I tryed to search the spare parts that you are searching for on italian suppliers's sites but I wasn't able to find it. Can you try to misure the rollers (width and diameter) so we can verify if they are the same of the suzuki original ones.
Try this (use a caliber) and let me know.

Ciao ragazzi grazie per le vostre risposte veloci. Purtroppo ho comprato alcuni rulli polini ma almeno per me che non sono della stessa qualità. Non ho modi di conoscere i rulli originale fornita con l'originale bettella variatore. Spero che qualcuno può aiutare ragazzi.

It is very difficult help you in this way. The polini's rollers and the polini's variator have the same sizes of the original ones. The bettella variator has (looking at the photos I found on the internet) different sizes for the rollers. You can try to measure the variator's ramps to see if these spares I found on ebay, fits to your variator.

But I'm afraid that the best solution for you is to buy another variator. The Bettella company's site is not responding and I cannot find any way to contact them to have the informations you need.

E' molto difficile autarti in questo modo. I rulli della Polini e il variatore della Polini hanno le stesse misure di quelli originali. Il variatore Bettella ha (guardando le foto che ho trovato su internet) differenti dimensioni per i rulli. Puoi provare a misurare le rampe del variatore per vedere se queste parti di ricambio che ho trovato su ebay, si adattano al tuo variatore.

Ma temo che la soluzione migliore per te sia quella di comprare un altro variatore. Il sito dell'azienda Bettella non risponde e non riesco a trovare un modo per contattarli per avere le informazioni che ti servono.

I meant that probably you must buy another variator, not a Bettella one. Also here in Italy it seems very difficult to find it. All the posts and info about it are 10 years old. The only thing made from Bettella I've found on ebay is a clutch spring and the seller doesn't ship outside Italy. Try with a malossi variator, or a polini one. These are valid alternatives to the original one and to the Bettella one.

Volevo dire che probabilmente dovrai comprare un altro variatore, non un Bettella. Anche qui in Italia sembra molto difficile da trovare. Tutti i messaggi e le informazioni su di esso sono vecchi di 10 anni. L'unica cosa fatta da Bettella che ho trovato su ebay è una molla da frizione e il venditore non spedisce fuori d'Italia. Prova con un variatore Malossi, o uno Polini. Queste sono valide alternative a quello originale e a quello Bettella.
